No we do not. Never had and never will. We do use a product from Chemical Guys called VRP. This is a water-based dressing that restores deep-black look to vinyl, Rubber and plastic. Its also protects the surface from UV rays and does not attract dirt and dust.
Waxing has always made cars extra shiny. Wax not only gave the paint a good gloss, it was also the only line of defense against scratches. We like to wax the car at least twice a year, once before winter and once in the spring. Source

No, We bring all the water & electricity that we need. We carry enough water to wash 4 to 10 vehicles & enough electricity to last us a few days. However, if you like to can provide us a place to plugin to provide a quieter detail.
As we are mobile, we can do our auto detailing at your home, apartment or office, as long as our work space is not inhibited by such things as low hanging tree branches, parked cars or anything else that would limit our access to our trailer or to your vehicle.
We suggest a full ultimate detail at least once a year with sealant. You should have your car waxed every 3 to 4 months and wash and vacuum once per month. This will keep your vehicle clean and protected from the weather throughout the year.
